  I had an incredible first experience. I booked a blow dry and nail appt because I wanted to get everything done in one stop. Unfortunately the nail tech didn't show up but the manager was apologetic and definitely made it up with the most wonderful scalp massage I've ever had. I've been getting complements all day on my hair - it feels fantastic, and I'm super happy with the style. One last thing - I have super sensitive skin, fibromyalgia and chronic pain. And she took care not to hurt me (not even when wrestling with my tangles) and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable.
