  I should start by saying that I have gone to this location nearly a dozen times, and Sarah has done an amazing job. She kept my notes, and she cut my hair exactly to my liking every time. That said, I must've forgotten her schedule because today I went in, put my phone number in their "upgraded" computer system, and I wasn't recognized. Odd-- but who knows. Pam greeted me almost immediately, and sat me down in her chair. She then asked me if I'd been to that location before, because she didn't have any notes... I then informed her that I go exclusively on Tuesday's because it's an off day for me, and Sarah is always there during that time as well... She then said "I'll have to get after Sarah for not putting your notes in." I responded "She has always put notes in, and printed them out before every haircut." Pam throwing her fellow employee wasn't my gripe, however, nor was it the purging of my notes-- it was Pam's inability to properly communicate and ask pertinent questions about the haircut. She cut off my sideburns that were VERY CLEARLY connected to my facial hair, WITHOUT ASKING ME!!! I was livid. What can you say after your "stylist" removes hair you didn't want removed?! "Hey! Put that back!" Yea, not so much. The part that really infuriates me beyond the hideous look she sent me out the door with (having to completely shave my face in order to not look like a complete jack***) is that I choose to spend $30 dollars (MVP included+ tip) every time I get a haircut when I know that I could easily get it cut for $12-15 at Super Cuts and undoubtedly receive the same end result.
  
  Pam seemed nice, but she very clearly didn't care about what I thought about my haircut, and that's a problem. If you don't know, stop and ask. It's really pretty simple.
